Joining the Federal Police at the earliest opportunity, Bandit proved to be quite proficient in crisis situations, and his subsequent activity brought him to the attention of the GSG-9 where he was assigned to go undercover. Being also proficient with creating his own tools of the trade, Bandit is known for making use of Crude Electrical Devices, otherwise known as Shock Wires, which could send an electrical charge through all metallic gadgets, and also damage to those who come in contact with it.
